Who
This trip is for Trailmen of all ages, all Registered Adults, and an accompanying Parent of a Woodlands Trailman. Please note that all Woodlands will need an adult to attend for the entire weekend. This event is not for siblings or other unregistered youth.

Check in time is after 1:00 PM on Friday
Check out time is before 11:00 AM on Sunday
What - Activities and Agenda

We are in the Fort DeSoto Primitive Youth Camp.
-
We have water but no electric. We have bathrooms and showers, but showers are cold water.
-
The campground is in the first part of the park just after the bridge.

There is a toll and a park entry fee, everyone will need to pay their own entrance fee.

Activities are as follows:

We will be near open water at the campsite, fort, and beach-water awareness and safety are paramount!)

Friday: check in no earlier than 1:00 PM an no later than dark; set up; eat; play; campfire fun; quiet hours 10:00 PM.

Saturday: breakfast & clean up; pack lunches for the day and pack beach gear; visit Fort De Soto; Patrol activities; eat lunch at the fort; beach time; beach games; make dinner, dessert & clean up; campfire fun; quiet hours 10:00 PM.

Sunday: breakfast on your own; group devotional; pack up; leave no trace; check out no later than 11:00 AM.

How Much
Cost: $30 per person - Trailmen and Adults

Food
Meals will be provided for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday. Plan for Friday dinner and Sunday breakfast to be on your own. Bring your own snacks if desired.
Things You Should Know Before Coming

We are responsible for cleaning the camp at the conclusion of our stay, so don’t rush off without helping!

We will meet on Friday at the campground after the appointed check in time. You must arrange your own transportation for your trailman.

Each family is responsible for providing their own camping equipment.
