How Much
For Troop 7, we will be allocating some of our fundraising efforts towards the cost of this trip for early bird registrants. If you are from another troop, please refer to the Normal Pricing figures.
Pricing is by patrol.
Registered Adults should select the patrol with which they will be participating. You will be limited to the activities of the patrol you select. If you have two sons, for instance, and one is a Fox and the other a Navigator, and you desire to go whitewater rafting, you should register as a Navigator.
Early Bird Pricing (Troop 7 Only)
$150 off the Normal Pricing below, but you must register and make your $100 deposit per person by April 11th. The remaining balance is due May 2nd.

Registration Deposit Due
You must register and make your $100 deposit per person below by May 2nd.
To be included in the Early Bird Pricing and receive $150 per person discount, you must register and make your $100 deposit per person below by April 11th.
Balance Due Date for Early Birds
The final payment of any remaining balance is due by May 2nd. Please bring cash or a check made out to TLUSA7 for the remaining balance.
Refund
100% Refunds will be available through May 9th. After May 9th there is a $100 cancellation fee per participant due to costs of commitments that will have already been made for group pricing and reservations.
What's Included in the Cost
Campsite fees, all meals beginning with Dinner on Sunday, June 18 through Breakfast on Saturday, June 24 (meals on the road to and from North Carolina are your responsibility), all planned activities.
Meals on the Road -- If your son is attending as a Navigator or Adventurer and you, as the parent, will not be attending with him, please do not forget... he will need to bring money for his own meals on the road and for any souvenirs or snacks while on this trip. We suggest $60 - $80 for the meals on the road and leave it up to you for how much you want to send with him for potential snacks or souvenirs.
